About Me
I was born and raised in Birmingham, where I grew up in a hardworking family with parents who built their careers in the housing and insurance sectors. That strong work ethic shaped me from an early age—I was always finding little ways to earn money, whether it was doing odd jobs, selling things around school, or helping out in the neighborhood.
Outside of work, I’ve always been passionate about sports—especially football, boxing and keeping fit hiking. I’m a proud Birmingham City supporter and spent many years as a season ticket holder alongside my dad and grandad, which gave me some of my fondest memories.
I met my wife, Chloe, in 2015, and two years later we bought our first home together in Solihull. Shortly after, we welcomed our daughter, Imogen. In 2021, we decided it was time for a new chapter—looking for a place to settle down and plan for the future, we fell in love with Worcester. It offered everything we wanted: space, community, and a great environment for our growing family. Not long after the move, our son Oscar was born, completing our little team.
Today, we’re happily settled in WR3 and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. We love Worcester—the schools, the people, and the lifestyle—it’s the perfect place to raise our family and build for the future.
My Journey
From Trainee Negotiator to Building My Own Agency in Worcester
My journey in estate agency started in 2013, when I was 24. I joined a large corporate agency as a trainee negotiator with zero experience but plenty of drive.
Year 1: Finding My Passion
I didn’t just hit my targets that first year — I flew past them. Within months I was promoted to senior negotiator. I fell in love with everything about the job: the people, the fast pace, the buzz of helping someone sell their home. By the end of that year, I was already training to be a valuer in one of Birmingham’s busiest offices.
2015: Taking the Lead
Two years in, I was given my own branch to run. It was an office with a tough history — one that had always struggled. But with a lot of hard work, long hours, and a simple philosophy of going the extra mile, we turned it around. Within 2 years, that same office became the most successful agency in town. It taught me that great service, honest advice, and genuinely caring about outcomes will always win.
Going Independent: Learning What Estate Agency Really Means
After 7 years in corporate agency, I moved to a leading independent. That’s where I really understood what it means to be an estate agent. More control, more flexibility, and the freedom to treat every client differently — because no two sales, and no two people’s circumstances, are ever the same.
This agency were trailblazers in digital marketing, property video tours, and social media. I saw first-hand that selling a home isn’t just about sticking it on the portals. Proper marketing moves the needle. That lesson stuck with me.
A Short Detour, But My Heart Stayed
I stepped away from agency for a couple of years and worked B2B, consulting with estate agents and mortgage brokers. I was offering market-leading services in conveyancing, surveys, auctions and more. Physically I’d left the agency world, but my heart never did.
2026: Bringing It All Home to Worcester
Now, after years of challenges, wins, and lessons, I’m fortunate enough to launch my own agency. I’m taking everything I’ve learned — the corporate structure, the independent flexibility, the power of digital marketing, and the belief that every client deserves a tailored approach — and bringing it to Worcester.
This is my version of top-quality estate agency. Built on hard work, honesty, and a genuine love for helping people move.
